Recently bought a book about Bruce Lee and am reading it. I am surprised how versatile he was. A true Renaissance man.. martial artist, poet, philosopher, writer, actor, producer, director… he did lots of things to express himself and I admire that a lot. I think I can learn a lot form Bruce Lee.
Just so WOOW!! That’s why I love working out in the gym sooo much!
I believe that when the body is strong, the mind
thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the Iron makes my mind
degenerate. I wallow in a thick depression. My body shuts down my
mind. The Iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is
no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and
body have been awakened to their true potential, it’s impossible to turn
back.
The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all
kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron
will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference
point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in
the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It
never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two
hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
This is the car that drives me crazy! I get an orgasm just by listening to that sound of the engine
It’s a 1967 Ford Mustang GT500 Shelby Super Snake:
I will work my ass off to get this car. Even though it costs about 90 000 euros! It looks perfect and symbolizes Freedom to me… and I LOVE Freedom! And I WILL own this car one day! Before I’m 30 years old! And I will enjoy every single moment driving it!
Just found this video on Youtube about how the future of magazines look..wow… I love it:
Now magazines can stop complaining and take example from Sports Illustrated and Wired and adapt. This can help them a lot. I definitely imagine myself reading mags like this with the interactivity and all.
So I failed with fitnessradar.com/blog… I launched it and failed to inspire my content team with the vision so that they would be passionate about it and would spend time working on it, doing what the project needs them to do. But I wasn’t good enough leader and focused enough, showing bad example. So they slacked off, gave excuses for not writing a freakin’ blog post a week. One didn’t do anything at all, other did once, but hasn’t been responsive to me and hasn’t sent me a new article. And I can’t tolerate that. I am taking matters into my own hands now, firing both and writing content myself. I will be looking for new team members in the future, just don’t know exactly when…
Lesson from failure to learn: Be focused, determined, lead by example!
Watching Donald Trump’s The Celebrity Apprentice.. I remember I was fascinated by it’s first season (no celebrities though). I think anyone can learn from it and see some entertainment too! Here is 1st part of the opening show:
I am looking through the Fastlane forum post for Motivational quotes and decided to find best of them for myself. Here are 20 first I found:
1. ‘Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won’t, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can’t.’
(Author unknown)
I’m gonna live this way when building up my online projects. It wont always be easy but I will do my best. In the 2010 I will spend tons of time working and forgetting work/life balance that self-improvement people advocate and will create myself financial freedom!
2.
“Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”
(Not sure of author)
Oh, how often I have done this… seeing that you are actually stuck in a circle is tough sometimes, so a lot of people have this problem…
3. I’d rather fail than live the regret of not trying ( heard this from a friend and from MJ DeMarko from Fastlane) Continue reading →
Here is a great quote from billionaire businessman Mark Cuban:
It doesn’t matter how many times you fail. It doesn’t matter how many times you almost get it right. No one is going to know or care about your failures, and neither should you. All you have to do is learn from them and those around you because… All that matters in business is that you get it right once. Then everyone can tell you how lucky you are.
Found it on my beloved Fastlane forums which keeps inspiring me. And this quote is so great because it says directly that you will fail in business, but it doesn’t matter if you do it tons of times… only thing that matters is to keep going and not give up!
